Nothing is better than delicious warm tea. And this isn't just any ol' tea, it's a Spiced Coconut tea. The warm creamy coconut milk, intensely flavorful spices.
This Coconut spiced beverage can be easily altered to your taste. You can make it sweeter by adding more honey, spicier by adding more spices, or creamier by adding another can of Coconut milk solids. If you enjoy a stronger coconut flavor add the whole CAN of coconut milk.
2 Cups of Coconut Milk* 1/4-1/2 tsp Cardamon Dash Nutmeg 1/4-1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 Tab Raw Honey or 1/2tb of agave 1 Can of Coconut Milk Solids only (refrigerate for an hour to solidify solids. Scoop out solids)
Procedure: In a pot bring to boil both coconut milk and the rich milk solids. Lower flame and add spices plus honey. Simmer for a few minutes and let it cool down some and serve warm. You can also serve it as an iced tea by simply adding ice to the bottom of your cup, then pour in your tea. You can make this without the canned coconut, but using it does add extra health benefits and it makes this soothing drink taste just like a drinkable Custard Pie! Enjoy!
